Tailored Itinerary for Best Egypt Trips 

Upon receiving your request, our amiable representative will reach out to you. We will engage in a discussion to cover all the particulars and craft a personalized itinerary exclusively for you. Once you are satisfied with it, we can proceed with the arrangements.

 

Booking Policy 

Embark on your dream trip by making an initial payment of only 25% of the total cost. However, during festive occasions such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. You have the flexibility to settle the remaining balance either two days before your arrival or in cash upon your arrival — we have everything under control!

 

Credit Card Payments 

If you opt to pay with a credit card, we kindly request a signed letter from you. This letter serves as authorization for us to charge your card. Please ensure that the signature matches the one on both your card and passport.

 

Fair Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Periods)

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:

• From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged
• 35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival
• 50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival
• 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival

Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 5% bank fee on refunds.

 

Refunds

Our terms and conditions stipulate that if you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Unfortunately, if you do not attend the reservation, no refund can be provided.

Additionally, all refunds are subject to a 5% bank fee deduction, as indicated in our terms and conditions.

 

Force Majeure

Here at Egypt Trip Package, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. We offer a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a NOT TO TRAVEL warning to the designated destination.

 

In the event of this happening, we will refund you the amount paid for the tour package, or in some cases, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked. 

 

Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flight cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline's terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees are applied to the deposit amount paid.

 

Here at Egypt Trip Package, the significance of being open and straightforward is understood. We desire to make your experience when it comes to flight cancellations or changes as effortless as possible. In light of this, we follow the airline's regulations on any fees related to such actions.

 

It is also crucial to remember that bank surcharge fees will be combined with the payment of the deposit. You can be confident that your wellbeing and safety are our highest concern. To this end, our cancellation policy has been designed to fit with our core beliefs.

 

Accommodation

Fees are for two people inhabiting one room. Separate quarters are an additional cost. We carefully consider the standards of our hotels when selecting them. Prices can vary without prior notification.

 

Flights

1. Domestic Flights: The cost estimated is an average and the timing is estimated. Modifying the flight could affect the cost
2. International Flights: We are able to provide good prices from your residence to your destination.

 

Black Friday Promotions:

Our website will be offering Black Friday discounts up until November 30th. These specials are only applicable to new orders placed during the sale. Certain holiday packages may include the Black Friday discounts, but there may be exceptions.

 

Responsibility

No liabilities are assumed for issues that are beyond our influence such as weather, wars, or alterations made by hotels or airlines. Any additional expenses due to these matters will not be provided for.

 

Special Requests Policy

At Egypt Trip Package, we want to give our customers a unique and gratifying experience. If you have any particular needs or preferences, kindly let us know when you make a reservation. We will do our utmost to fulfill your requests; however, please note that we cannot guarantee all requests, including pre-bookable seats, will be met. We will communicate your special requests to our providers, but please be aware that we may not be able to contact you if a particular request is not able to be met.

It should also be noted that our standard terms and conditions do not necessitate any special requests. Our main objective is to guarantee that you have an exceptional experience, and we are devoted to going above and beyond to create unforgettable memories for you.

 

Children Policy (Child Staying in Same Room as Parents) 

Policy 1:

When it comes to packages, getting a Nile cruise and booking a hotel:

• No charge for babies younger than two years old
• For those under 6 years of age, a quarter of the total fee incurred by an adult on the tour will be charged
• For those under 12 years old, the cost for an individual adult is 50% of the total tour cost
• Those twelve years of age or older are regarded as adults

If your vacation package includes airfare, there could potentially be an additional cost associated with your child's ticket.
An individual minor may stay in the same room as their parents, provided that these terms and conditions are adhered to.

 

Policy 2:

For sightseeing tours and shore excursions:

• For kids under six years of age, there are no fees to be paid
• For individuals aged 6-12 years old, the total cost of the tour for an adult is halved
• Those aged 12 or higher are regarded as adults

It's important to keep in mind that if your sightseeing adventures include domestic trips or ferry rides, an extra charge might be required for your child.

 

Terms Regarding Photo Usage

We would like to use your images to motivate others by showcasing them on our website and social media accounts. We appreciate you being a part of our traveling community.

 

Tipping

Expressing appreciation for good service is generally done through the practice of tipping. However, it is up to you how much you are willing to give and is not required. It will be greatly appreciated by those who serve you.

 

Complaints

Should you be dissatisfied with your experience while you are at the destination, it is necessary that you alert the company at once as most issues can be resolved speedily. If the difficulty persists, make sure to contact the Customer Care Manager during your trip; after you have gone home and the problem still remains, you should send a letter to the Customer Care Management.

 

General Terms of Use

• All disagreements or claims resulting from this website shall be managed and constituted by the laws of the UAE
• The United Arab Emirates is the country of our dwelling
• Any minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to register as a user of this website or make any transactions
• Any payments made to our products or services on our website will be given directly to the payment provider through a secure connection
• For confirmation, the cardholder must keep a replica of the transaction records and the Merchant's policies and rules
• Transactions can be done online by using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP
• In agreement with the law of UAE, we will not do any business with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries
• When making multiple transactions/bookings, it may show up in multiple postings on the cardholder's monthly statement.

 

Acceptance of the Agreement

The company establishes a contract with the customer upon accepting the booking. This agreement is the entirety of the understanding between the customer and the company. To signify their approval of the terms and conditions, the tour participants will pay through either a bank transfer or a credit card.
